St Ann’s GHS was established in 1965 and has a glorious history of more than five decades. The school it owes its origin to Mother Thatipatri Gnanamma, Servant of God, who was an illiterate woman but had a vision to empower the girl child through education. Since its inception, St Ann’s GHS has been catering to the educational needs of all sections of the society. The school runs classes from Kindergarten to X standard.
The motto of the school is Light of Life. The candle pictured in the logo symbolizes light that radiates the power of knowledge and prepares the child to face the challenges of the future.
St. Ann’s believes in activity-based learning that comprises not merely a classroom interaction but also an extra ordinary platform to create, explore, experiment and discover the latent potential to undertake an extracurricular journey.
